Since graduating from The University of Winnipeg in 2012 with degrees in Conflict Resolution Studies and Human Rights, Katrina has spent time working, reading, and going on adventures. In 2014, she went back to school to study Creative Communications at RRC Polytech, which is how the Literally, Katrina podcast and blog got its start.

Katrina works at her alma mater as the Alumni Engagement Officer. She reviews fiction for the Winnipeg Free Press in her spare time and cries every time she sees one of her reviews quoted in a book.
